The Seventh Sudden Oak Death Science Symposium (SOD 7) brings together scientific and management communities from throughout the world working on Phytophthora ramorum/sudden oak death, as well as other Phytophthoras and related forest health concerns. It will provide a forum for updates on the state of our knowledge about P. ramorum, other Phytophthoras, and associated diseases in wildland, urban, nursery, restoration and landscape settings. The broad scope is designed to foster cooperation between individuals working in various disciplines and geographic areas, and provide current findings and management guidance for scientists, managers, regulators, and policy makers.
