Morphological and DNA analyses identified &lt;em&gt;Phytophthora fragariaefolia&lt;/em&gt;,&lt;em&gt; P.&amp;nbsp;plurivora&lt;/em&gt;,&lt;em&gt; P.&amp;nbsp;cactorum&lt;/em&gt;,&lt;em&gt; P.&amp;nbsp;lacustris&lt;/em&gt; and &lt;em&gt;P.&amp;nbsp;pseudosyringae&lt;/em&gt;. This is the first record of &lt;em&gt;P.&amp;nbsp;fragariaefolia&lt;/em&gt; in ash forests and demonstrates that several species in the potentially highly damaging &lt;em&gt;Phytophthora&lt;/em&gt; genus are present within a near-pristine ecosystem.&lt;/p&gt;</style></abstract></record></records></xml>
